Advanced Division: [Regular Season] (September 1st - November 24th) Each team will play their divisional opponents once, and three divisional opponents twice over a 9 game regular season. [Playoffs] (December 1st - December 15th) Each team will play two playoff games with the top four teams competing for the league title.

Intermediate A Division: [Regular Season] (September 1st - November 24th) Each team will play their divisional opponents once, and three divisional opponents twice over a 9 game regular season. • Teams will have 2 bye week over the course of the regular season and possibly 1 bye week during the playoffs.
