Here are the pick up sessions available for the upcoming week: Tuesday August 4th 7v7 Soccer, Thursday August 6th Floor Hockey; see below for details!!

These sessions are in pick up format which means no team commitment is needed, all you simply need to do is visit http://pickup.ottawafootysevens.com login, register for whatever session you wish to participate, turn up and get ready to a have blast playing the sport(s) you enjoy!

Next session details are as follows:

• Tuesday 4th August @ 800pm - Soccer - Louis Riel Dome - Indoor/Turf (1.5 hours) - Pick Up Game 
• Thursday 6th August @ 700pm - Floor Hockey - Carleton University Norm Fenn Gym - Indoor/Firm Court ( 1 hour) - Pick Up Game
